N. B. The AIRCRAFT CARRIER HORNET MUSEUM is docked at Alameda Point (former ALAMEDA NAVAL AIR STATION).

The HORNET has in its collection of historic carrier aircraft a completely restored F8U-1 CRUSADER BuNo. 143703 in like-new condition.

The record setting aircraft is painted in original VF 154 livery and I'm honored to say that it bears my side number, NL 412 and my name.

HORNET is open to the public on most days.
